By accessing or using the ECO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. ECO is operated by the ECO team ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

ECO is a talent discovery platform that combines Human Design typology with empirical personality science (IPIP/Big Five) to generate personalized talent profiles. The Service provides self-exploration insights and is not a clinical, diagnostic, or professional counselling tool.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. The "Parent (For My Child)" assessment path is designed for parents or guardians to complete on behalf of their children.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Assessment Results & Disclaimer

The Talent Blueprint and all assessment results provided by ECO are for self-exploration and educational purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional career counselling, psychological assessment, clinical diagnosis, or any form of professional advice.

While our assessments are grounded in peer-reviewed personality science (IPIP/Big Five) and established typology systems (Human Design), individual results may vary and should be interpreted as one of many data points in your personal or professional development journey.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of assessment results to any specific situation, career decision, or life outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

The ECO platform, including its synthesis model, Talent Blueprint framework, 12 Talent Dimensions, audience-adaptive algorithms, and all associated content, design, and code, are the intellectual property of the ECO team. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Your assessment results are yours to keep, share, and use for personal purposes. However, you may not use them to create competing products or services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ECO and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
